I recommend EffectiveBrand http://www.effectivebrand.com You can build a toolbar for you site with an RSS reader, search box (for your site or engine of your choice), and "hot links". I use it for Blog Search Engine and it has resulted in over 700 downloads and a 10% peak in searches. The traffic from the RSS reader is nice too.
