Yes, that's due to the feed being over 200k in size.  That's not a newsfeed
and should be marked for repair.  There is no way to have the validator
check something that large (and nor should it).

The idea behind feeds is they should be around 15 or so items of reasonably
news-like data.  Not just dumps of an entire site's index of documents.
There's some leeway in this area but feeds should generally try to maintain
a decently downloadable size.

What's the feed ID in question?
