I noticed that as well. Note that the feed is from Yahoo! Groups, which obfuscates email addresses in the feed.
I'm relatively new to syndic8, but am interested in how to proceed in such a case. The issue seems caught inbetween "features" of Yahoo! and FeedValidator.
