Yes, each one is a feed ID.  We've been working on ways to "relate" them
that runs afoul of some long standing "which format" arguments.  As such
it's been easier to simply list them all.

However, feeds from http://example.com/rss.xml vs http://www.example.com
that resolve to exactly the same content would be considered duplicates.
Usually the feed contains a link to it's "known domain" and that's what
should be used to determine which one is the 'authoritative' one.  That is,
a feed from the base domain might contain links that point to the www host.
Thus we'd consider the feed from the www host to be the 'authoritative' one
and the other a duplicate.  Yes, it's messy but c'est la vie.

I periodically scan the entire feed list looking for these sorts of things.
So if you approve some now that turn out to be duplicates don't worry too
much about it.  We catch 'em eventually.
