Hello,
According to the Statistics tab, syndic8 spiders started accessing the feed on 4/7, and the first 7 headlines appeared on the next day, 4/8. There is a delay between submitting the URL and spiders accessing it, and between spiders accessing the feed and the site displaying the parsed data and updating statistics. Right now there are 3 days with new headlines, average response time from your site is less than a second, availability is 100% so far, RSS feed looks valid (I can't run the online feed validator at the moment)... Just give it a few more days and the feed will meet the requirements to be approved.
