What if we had a way that would encourage people to review other feeds as an incentive for getting their own feeds reviewed? Perhaps we can add a link to "Next feed on the priority evaluation queue" to the list of feed ready for review options. Feeds could be placed higher on the queue depending on how many points the submitted has accumulated. Its a pretty rough thought, but I think it merits some consideration and refinement.
