Bob, Feed 292619 has been marked as a duplicate of 59998 as per your request. Feed 59998 validates but http://www.feedvalidator.org/check?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bob.myers.name%2Fblog%2Frss%2Freturns the error that you are using relative urls. I think it dislikes your use of the hex for your single and double quotes.You may wish to check out http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/sgml/entities.html#h-24.2.1 and see if useing the names entities makes it happier.
