I could imagine any number of reasons. Some folks like using acrobat on their PDA, for example. Or they like to dump 'em to the printer. All without having a local RSS reader app doing the work. That and browser printing can be, shall we say, less that perfect? Sure, for lots of us that 'already know' about using RSS readers it might seem sort of odd to use PDF.
