Now that the Approve button has been moved to the sidebar for quite awhile, how about getting rid of the green "fake" button that is in place of the old Approve button, and moving the Update Status button up the page to appear to the right of the Status SELECT list? Also, what about always redirecting to the Notes page when the status is changed, to streamline annotating the reason for a status change (other than approval, of course, which is self-explanatory)? I think these should be fairly minor changes with a positive impact on the efficiency of the review process.
