Hi Still a newcomer and newbie for RSS. But they come in surprises. This is not such a tough question that you would throw me out of this list. Please do not.
The point is I have come across more than 24+ RSS Feed engines. If these poll for new content every 30 minutes, would it bring load on the server? What does the RSS update engine look for in a feed? Does it check only the timestamp on my RSS feed or on my content? All suggestions welcome as I am 1 day old to RSS.
