salut Karine, la soci�t� FMS est en effet pr�s de Nice. J'ai actuellement une arthropompe avec shaver DUO+ depuis 1999 qui ne nous a pos� aucun probl�me. le mat�riel semble s�rieux. je n'ai donc pas de recul sur le SAV car je n'y ait eu jamais recours. a+
