Hey all, So far, we've had 3 people affected by this bug:
http://bugs.debian.org/369846 If anyone hears of a user having weird colours instead of normal ones (in new images, the examples and the colour/gradient/etc dialogs), please tell them to remove the ~/Synfig directory or adjust the settings in the gamma dialog in File -> Setup.
