They certainly are, just that we won't be making another release until
the roadmap ones are solved. The main thing we need for a new release
are Win32 and MacOS maintainers who can provide well constructed
packages.

Excellent, thanks. Tested (works nicely) and applied in SVN r231 with
some minor changes, mainly whitespace and also added your copyright to
that file.
