Summary: entire 'file' menu is sometimes disabled
Initial Comment:
1. run synfigstudio
2. file>new>ok (makes 'Untitled0' window)
3. file>new>ok (makes 'Untitled1' window)
4. close first ('Untitled0') window
5. attempt to save the 2nd ('Untitled1' window using the window's
"Caret>File>Save As". The entire "File" menu is disabled.
Changing step 4 to close the other window doesn't trigger the bug. Saving is
available via the main 'Synfig Studio' window's 'Save' icon. Also, the
Caret>File menu can be re-enabled by creating another new window.
