Initial Comment:
1. run synfigstudio
2. file>new>ok (makes 'Untitled0' window)
3. file>new>ok (makes 'Untitled1' window)
4. close first ('Untitled0') window
5. attempt to save the 2nd ('Untitled1' window using the window's
"Caret>File>Save As". The entire "File" menu is disabled.
Changing step 4 to close the other window doesn't trigger the bug. Saving is
available via the main 'Synfig Studio' window's 'Save' icon. Also, the
Caret>File menu can be re-enabled by creating another new window.

I played around opening and closing files in various orders and found that
quite often studio would not only disable the caret menu, but would also
crash. I've not been able to get a stack trace yet. valgrind doesn't
notice anything untoward.
