This makes the dialogs not appear in the taskbar. In GNOME, metacity will pop all the dialogs to the front whenever you switch to the toolbox or a canvas window, but when running xfwm4 (XFCE4's window manager) the dialogs are never brought to the front. This makes it hard to find them - they tend to get lost underneath full-screened web browsers or other windows.
