The "#include <csdlib>" may well be needed for g++ 4.3, but it doesn't work on g++ 4.0:
/usr/local/include/ETL/_stringf.h:34:18: error: csdlib: No such file or directory I posted a comment on http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=417897 to that effect.
