Summary: zdepth doesn't work in time-offset layers

Initial Comment:
animate the z-depth of a layer,
encapsulate the layer,
adjust the time-offset of the encapsulation layer
the z-depth animation stops being applied

example:
  http://dooglus.rincevent.net/synfig/offset%20z%20depth.sifz

set the time-offset back to 0 and the z-depth returns

dooglus, take a look at this example:
http://www.musikboden.se/synfigfiles/zdepth_timeloop.sifz
there are 3 encapsulated layers, inside each of them there is a timeloop
layer on top of another encapulated layer, the timeloop layers should
repeat the animation inside the layers below them, and it does except for
the z-depth, all other animated parameters are repeated as it should.

ulrik, can you explain more please?

I just tried to reproduce the bug, but I see the z-depth animation
repeating:

Please set 'status: open' and 'resolution: none' if a closed bug still
needs attention, or it's likely to get forgotten.

The "time loop layer" don't have any effect on zdepth either.

optimize_layers() in canvas.cpp wasn't sorting PasteCanvas layers'
contents by z-depth if they had a non-zero time offset. Maybe there was a
good reason for that, but if so, I can't see it.
