Summary: Synfig dialogs still end up offscreen after crashes

Initial Comment:
When Synfig crashes, the settings file can get corrupted, setting the position
of dialogs at ~-32K. Dooglus created a workaround to this by adding a menu
item on the main dialog to reset dialogs to original settings. However, this
does not reset the color dialog, or help when the main dialog is one of the
dialogs that's offscreen!
Request a) that the settings file isn't written with garbage data (stretch
goal) or
b) settings that are obviously outside the screen resolution are ignored or
offered up for reset (most practical) or
c) the color dialog box is also reset with the menu reset option. (easy last
resort)

Didn't I close this once already? Apparently not, although I'm sure I
did!

Fixed in svn r1167. Moves dialogs with crazy sizes or positions back on
screen.

Could you upload an example corrupted settings file please? I've never
seen this happen.

It should be in:
  c:/Documents and Settings/$user/Synfig/settings
on Windows.

I wonder why you're seeing it get damaged regularly, whereas I never do.
