Summary: Time Loop Convert type doesn't work for inline canvases

Initial Comment:
Using svn 1744

It simply doesn't work. See attached sample. There are two circles. The red one
should follow the black one but it doesn't.

I guess that for exported canvases it has the same problem.

Having talked to genete about this, it seems that this isn't a bug.

The 'canvas' parameter isn't animated. The canvas itself may be, but the
parameter isn't - it is set to the inline canvas for all time, and so
looping it has no effect.

If you want to loop the time *inside* the pasted canvas, play with the
'time offset' parameter instead.
