Summary: check/uncheck visibilty for more than 1 layer

Initial Comment:
it would be nice if you could uncheck visibilty for all layers except the one
you click on (in layer dialog), like having a short cut, press shift and click
on the one you want to "solo" (see) and all other layers will be unchecked, if
you click again the other layers will become visible again.

It would also be nice to be able to quickly toggle visbility by touching
the visbility checkboxes with the mouse while a button (maybe middle
button?) is pressed. Hard to describe, but simply open a ps/pdf document
with gv and try out how to select multiple pages. This makes
selecting/unselecting many layers very easy and fast.
