Summary: Encapsulation "origin" duck behaves differently

Initial Comment:
In the main window, the ducks belonging to encapsulation layers' origin can not
be selected by Ctrl+a (select all) nor by dragging rectangles with the mouse.
An expected behaviour would be that they can selected as any other ducks.

Those ducks must be selected using directly the CTRL+click method or to
link some of them just right click over the Origin parameter after select
multiple paste canvas layers.
The reason for that is the following:

Usually when you transform the ducks of the Blines (region and or
outlines) you maintain static the Origin and move them relatively to the
origin paramter. In this way you can separate the deformation (or local
translation) from the global translation (performed by the movement of the
Origin duck or parameter. If you can select the origin using the CTRL-A
short cut or the drag box with the mouse you would move the vertex ducks
and the origin when you use the smooth tool for example and (in the most of
the cases is not what you should do).
It is a good thing to keep all the layers with the same origin to help
later to perform other kind of transformations (like a translation or a
rotation) that affect to all the layers in the same way.
Try to move all the vertex ducks and the origin at the same time and you
will understand...
