Summary: waypoints move outside of timetrack column

Initial Comment:
If timetrack on the parameters dialog is displayed, and the timetrack in the 
timetrack dialog is moved forward in time, then a waypoint at 0f will move to 
the left, into adjacent columns of the parameters dialog.  

See the linked avi file which shows this using the prologue shot 01A-.sif 
(solid color layer highlighted in layer dialog)

Solved in svn 1904. 
Duplicated bug also. See track number 1888863.
