Summary: Modify Canvas description doesn't make the sifz file dirty

Initial Comment:
Using svn 1918

Go to caret menu, Edit Properties and change the description, don't mark the
file as modified. Close the dialog window and the changes are set but the file
still clean (not dirty). You can close and no ask to save is pop up.

Canvas 'dirtiness' is detected as a non-zero number of actions available
to undo.

Setting the canvas' description isn't an action, and so doesn't count as
making the canvas dirty.

In synfig-studio/trunk/src/synfigapp/canvasinterface.cpp,
CanvasInterface::set_name(), CanvasInterface::set_description(), and
CanvasInterface::set_id() all say: "\todo This needs to be converted into
an action".
