Great work!
I have compiled the latest changes in your branch and found one issue.
When you extend the bline from its end more than 1 time, the
widthpoints are moved to the start of bline.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use Draw tool to create advanced outline (use tablet with pressure
sensitivity).
2. Extend adv outline from its end once - everything fine
3. Extend adv outline from its end second time - the existing
widthpoints moved to the bline start.
4. Continue extending and it will get worse.
