1) Not perpendicularity of the width when doing tips at widthpoints.

When adding widthpoint position ducks, don't expect that Link to BLine fix
the position out of the boundaries of the curve. Let the widthpoint does by
itself.
So the loop sub parameter of the BLineCalcVertex value node is always
'false' since the widthpoint position is already inside a drawable place.
