Summary: Tighter integration with Inkscape needed

Initial Comment:
A lot of the requests for new functionality is already available in Inkscape.

I am have no idea if it is 'too late' to consider, but my impression is that a
tight integration with Inkscape would be beneficial to all.

The expertise of Synfig could then be focused on the anmation whereas the the
Inkscape team could remain focussed on the graphical parts.

Someone suggested that there should be a fork like for Gimp, i.e. CinePaint.
That has been seriously criticized and it would be a sad step.

Please, consider a deeper inegration with Inkscape with a joint future. It is
even suggested by someone at Inkscape
(http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Animation): "Collaborate with Synfig?"!

It would probably also reduce the code footprint to maintain.
