Summary: accelrc get overwritten.

Initial Comment:
According to this article; http://synfig.org/Keyboard_Shortcuts_(Flash) you can
change hotkeys by altering the accelrc file in ~/.synfig/.
This file is however overwritten with the default file everytime you open
Synfig Studio so your custom settings does not stick.

I think recreating the file only if it's missing would be the solution (it is
hinted in the help-file that this is the behaviour Synfig is supposed to have).

[Synfig Studio 0.61.09, Ubuntu Studio 8.10 64-bit.]

I know that you can setup your custom shortcuts. How do you do it?
