Ow, I didn't knew about XML export feature in SF! ^__^
Yes, it is possible to write converter then.
But I guess this time I will go "non-geeky way" and do the import
manually for following reasons:
1. Writing import module can take more time than manual import. This
is one-time work, so we won't have benefits from automatic import in
the future.
2. The contents of some bug items still have to be reviewed and edited
manually to keep the proper formatting.
Also, doing manual import will allow me to review all the bugs and
expand my knowledge about Synfig. ^__^
Anyway, thank you for the hint!

Yes, that's good. I invite all developers to register and test the
features. One registered, please ping me and I will add you to
"Developers" group so you can see all the features.
