Assuming since Mountain Lion OS is a new release I am going to assume you need to bring out a update for the new OS ? It brings up a message"SynfigStudio is an application downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it" when I say "yes" it crashes and disappears from the dock and won't open.
