Summary: win32 gtk+ console

Initial Comment:
In win32 build of Synfig Studio opened annoying text console. It will be better
if this console will open only with special commanline parameter. Looks lile
the solution is descripted here:

* Clean up crazy confusing console output

so it seems the plan is at the very least to make the console output useful
to those developers and testers who need it. perhaps as Synfig becomes
more mature and stable then it can be hidden away so that ordinary users do
not need to see it but in my humble opinion the more Synfig can do to get
people into development and testing the better the software will become.
