Summary: Make activepoint as "on" / ·off· fails on polygons

Initial Comment:
using svn 1125

The item from a polygon animated as "on" "off" doesn't render properly. It
should draw a item at the middle of the travel between on and off states.
Also it doesn't have the "origin" parameter.

Maybe it is not a bug, but if you make an item "on" then later "off" and then
later "on" again, it doesn't disappears from the rendering. It seems that
ignores the "off" waypoint. It is only "off" in one frame. So no interpolation
is done.
