Summary: Seemingly Random crashes in Win 7

Initial Comment:
I just downloaded this and was hoping to use it. But while playing with the
program it crashed on me.
I then reopened the program and tried the same thing no crash. so I when on a
little bit latter it crashes again.
I then rerun the program many more times finding it hardly ever crashes on the
same action more then once.

Crash 01:
opened the program used the draw tool to add a basic human form with head, arms
and legs. Then I clicked in the little box to the very bottom left of the
canvas area, that display the current frame, and I scrolled with my mouse and
found that it was changing the frame. I then scrolled back to "0f " and the
program crashed on me.

Crash 02:
reloaded and the program asked if I wanted to recover. I said yes and then
tried scrolling the frame like before no crash so I then changed the frame to
2f and started to make some changes to my figure. I then clicked on the arrow
showing the current frame in the time line at the bottom of the canvas area,
and tried dragging it around. I got another crash.

Crash 03: This time I let the program recover, moved the frame trying to get it
to crash like it did for crash 02, no crash, so I then edited my figure and
then tried to preview the animation. And I got another crash.

crash 04: I recovered and edited and then previewed the animation to see if it
would crash no crash.
But then once I exited the preview I tried to do some more editing and then
while the canvas area was saying it was rendering after changing the frame I
got the 4th crash.

Crash 05:
I then reloaded the program, recovered, but then tried to load an example
file. and the program sat there for quit some time saying it was loading.. then
it crashed again.

I have quit keeping track of the crash mostly because I lost track...

Program and installation info:
I downloaded the latest version of sourceforge here.
I then ran the program once after installing to the default location.
The program ran fine but I also did not mess with it other then play around
with moving the panels and such.. I then closed the program and did not run it
again for a day or two.

EXE location:
 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Synfig\bin\synfigstudio.exe"
Version: Synfig Studio 0.62.01
OS: Windows 7 home pre. (64 bit)
Manufacturer: Emachines

Windows rating: 3.2

Graphics: 3.2 -- onboard NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (Driver: Microsoft

Not sure if what other info might be helpful...
Would love to use this program, but for now it looks like I will have to wait
on it.
Will try up dating my graphics driver though as I see it is from last year.
