Escuse me but there is not point on have action_add_to_group icon since it
is now renamed to action_add_to_set icon. That action for Groups (old Paste
Canvas) doesn't exist. If I remember correctly there is only one related
action to layers that was the old "encapsulate" that is named as "Group"
but as verb.
To clarify, you can:
add/remove layers to/from Set
Convert selected layers into a Group
You cannot "ungroup" a layer or remove it from a Group with an action. You
can delete a layer that is the trash icon or can drag and drop a layer
outside its Group but that's not a atomic action, it is a drag&drop action.
