Hello, Taking a look to the tools shortcuts regression, http://www.synfig.org/issues/thebuggenie/synfig/issues/620 i have notice that more than "Alt-Key" go to menu action but changing the state, "now" even affecting any shortcuts for the state-xxxx do not work. https://github.com/synfig/synfig/blob/master/synfig-studio/src/gui/app.cpp#L1239
After few attempt, this new problem come from the fact that "action_group_state_manager/state-xxxx" are no more added in app::ui_manager. https://github.com/synfig/synfig/commit/d7c8d9048cce45ffe0569cb2ef515d7f4ffa9516 I can push something who re-add toolbox menu (sorry!) and so capacity to (re-)affect shortcuts for tools : (shift+key) or (key) can be some options .... something to decide to.
