[Lottie Exporter] Code cleanup for Lottie exporter plugin (#1226)
* Commits squashed into one
* Changes done as per review
2/(float(3) converted to 2/3.0 since both will do the same job.
* Changes made according to review
* Removed unused variables from the code
* Fixed the new alerts that were coming up
* Reverted back to original condition for offsetKeyframe file
