Workarea: replace deprecated Gtk::Table (#1357)
* remove unused #include for WorkArea
* replace deprecated Gtk::Table with Gtk::Grid
as well for [V/H]Scrollbar and [H]Box
Gtk::Arrow is still here though.
* fix for old Gtk versions
