install icons in share/synfig/icons/classic and enable theming
instead of share/pixmaps/(synfigstudio| or not on windows).
Regular images are installed in share/synfig/images
Theme can be changed by the envvar SYNFIG_ICON_THEME
I didn't touch the CMake stuff...
