make dash metrics not relative, but absolute ones
instead of 0.1 length meaning 10%, it means 0.1u = 6px.

fix big keyframe markers in Dock_SoundLayer (and any other now)
Its default height was 64px. Now it's 10.
Besides, I also copied the Dock_Curves code for height updating.
