Fix crash on unsuccessful action with a clean undo history (#1643)
Example:
On a new synfig document - without any action history actually -
an unsuccessful image importing (due to it's corrupted), Synfig
crashes (in debug version).
It doesn't occur in previous versions because it was introduced
when fixing other types of crashes.
