[Synfig Studio] Bone Tool: fix bone width on wrong situations (#2048)
- remove debug messages
- properly check for desired property change: ValueNode_Bone
- fix checking for indices: it should be 5 or 7, not 6 or 7
- for avoiding such problems, use link names
