[Lottie exporter] Implement use-defs (#2182)
* Implement use-defs for Lottie exporter
* Root canvas should be identified before identifying the layers
* Use root canvas only when ':' is found in the use key
* Put if-else condition in a different place to avoid detection of ':' from
file path
* Remove redundant if-else
