Fixed appdata.xml check CI (#2464)
It is currently fails with an error:
E: Failed to fetch
http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/f/flatpak/flatpak_1.0.9-0ubuntu0.3_amd64.deb
404 Not Found [IP: 52.147.219.192 80]
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with
--fix-missing?
