Хотя у меня на текущем Сизифе x86_64 собралось с

При этом error мелькали всё же при сборке. Не знаю, на сколько это важно:

Смотрите какого чёрта fpc не может создать нужные каталоги.
Из приведённого лога видно, что не смогли собраться библиотеки
визуальных компонент:
qt, SynEdit, DateTimeCtrls, одни из основных LCL лазаря.
