I've looked, and all I can see that seems odd is multiple "OOM killer"
events apparently associated with heavy volume on the RuleQA site. First
cut log analysis says these are coming out of 2 ranges of the Huawei
Singapore Cloud. But it is hard to say what's "normal" volume, given the
short log life.
I continue to investigate.
