We are currently running RuleQA in "force" mode, so the minimum number of
contributors required is 8. Normal mode is 10.
We currently have 9 contributors.
The ~automc/bin/checkMasscheckContribs.sh script is hardcoded to min=10 so
it has been generating spurious alerts to this list daily. I have dropped
that to 8 to match force mode so those warnings should stop.
If/when we get more contributors and revert to "normal" mode (by removing
the "force" parameter from do-stable-update-with-scores in
/etc/cron.d/automc) then that change should be commented out.
