Ballot: On the question of moving the list (anywhere)

Having got my network support people in motion to get the list hosted here,
       I'm not eager to move it, but if there are a lot of advantages I'll
       investigate it.



Let's keep this off the list, and put the question to a ballot by private
       email:   On the question of moving the list (anywhere) send me a
       reply message with "yes" or "no".



A majority of the current list membership voting "yes" will encourage me to
       look into it, but I can't promise anything soon.



NB:  There are only a few weeks until the BOF, so one wonders whether it
       would be worth it now.  This might be something best done afterwards.
