In 4.2.2, the example seems to have an incorrect number in it:

"... Priority value of 13 representing the User facility (Facility=8) and
Notice severity (Severity=5)..." except the User facility is actually
supposed to be a 1.  Threw me for quite a loop there for a second.

Other than that though, a very nice bit of work.
