The System Tools Backends version 2.9.1 "Just Wait a Minute" have been
released. This development release is incompatible with the previous 2.8
series.

- Fix D-Bus .service files to work with new users and groups
versions
- Add a new authentication interface allowing to check for PolicyKit
authorizations before committing
- Fix SelfConfig and improve security checks
