Early versions of the deskwriter driver had special fonts with them, not
TrueType -- I think they were called Intellefonts, which can only be used as
outline fonts in the printed output. They didn't scale properly on screen,
like ATM or TT fonts, so you had to have screen fonts & also a special
folder somewhere (under sys. 7 it was located in Preferences) where the
outline files were.

You're probably better off just going for the TrueType init (lots more fonts
available):

<ftp://wuarchive.wustl.edu/systems/mac/amug/files/apple/truetype-1.0.sit.hqx>

More fonts are available (the whole LaserWriter II set) at:

<ftp://wuarchive.wustl.edu/systems/mac/amug/files/apple/print-drivers>

in the files:

lwdk1-tt-fonts.sit.hqx
lwdk2-tt-fonts.sit.hqx
lwdk3-tt-fonts.sit.hqx
